Apparatus to show energy storage, capacitor charging, mechanical energy, efficiency and electromagnetism. Across a range of capacitors many variables can be investigated. The energy stored can be then transformed into an energy pulse by firing a small steel projectile.
The control box provides five high value capacitors which can be switched into the charge circuit as required. Variables include, voltage, time, capacity, distance, kinetic and potential energy. Applicable to many topics at GCSE and Post-16.
